Leads a Zebra Software Licensing (ZSL) Operational team focusing on the development and management of software license integration, process development, policy definition, reporting, and support projects through completion. As a manager of this team/function, you would be working with internal and external customers, Product Managers and Sales Engineers, across SW platforms and business models.

• Develops strategy and preparation for a variety of system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Manages preparation and presenting of cross-functional project proposals to management and user departments.
• Develops implementation standards and documentation requirements.
• Manages continual reviews with status of systems, applications and/or infrastructure and prepares with staff recommendations for improvements.
• Manages plans to analyze business problems that can be solved through automated systems.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Partners with internal and/or external customers applying a strong understanding of current business trends

• Manages, plans, oversees and controls the activities of the ZSL operational team. Evaluates employee performance, sets expectations and goals for department and individual staff members
• Work with Product Development teams to manage the product adoption process and projects to onboard ZSL to existing products and new product development
• Manage the resolution of ZSL and Order Management for internal and external customers
• Develop, integrate and support new license models to meet business requirements
• Work with Product Development teams to plan and execute on ZSL adoption and define Zebra SW Policies
• Manage and deliver ZSL Reporting and Analytics per Business requirements
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
• Develop and manage internal and external ZSL communication as required
• Manage vendor relationship, issues, and enhancement requests with SAAS and 3^rd Party providers.
• Manages through team the root cause analysis of process failures.
• Works proactively to identify and suggest opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.

• Preferred Education:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or MBA required.
• Preferred Work Experience (years):
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT or equivalent discipline with at least 8 years of management experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
