SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide diverse, advanced administrative and project/functional support to the OD leadership team and staff. The person in this role will work under general supervision while also needing to be comfortable acting on their own initiative. Assignments involve the coordinating, planning and executing on a myriad of learning and development activities. At times, this role will have access to confidential/sensitive information and thus requires the associate to behave with considerable discretion, judgement and tact. All aspects of this position should be achieved through the consistent demonstration of our Presence Health Values and Service Promises.

Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications or education preferred
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Event planning experience preferred
Computer Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong competency and comfort with technology
- Knowledge of SharePoint is preferred
- Ability to take meeting minutes is required
