JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Responsible for building painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs and maintenance at the residential correctional facilities.
  • Do room set-up.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience with painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry maintenance repairs.
  • Ability to walk and climb stairs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Excellent writing, reading comprehension, verbal and communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on high levels.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

High school diploma/GED
