Plans, coordinates, schedules and measures sales events and product demonstrations for all departments to increase sales. Responsible for the most efficient use of space for in-store merchandising and marketing for all departments including perishables. Directs merchandising initiatives and strategic plans for seasonal merchandising. Conducts routine store walks to monitor displays, sell-through and replenishment needs. Verifies execution of key deliverables including merchandising standards, product set integrity, product training and Point of Purchase signing. Coaches and mentors team members in merchandise and display execution and provides performance feedback.
