As the manager, you will hire the best team members and develop their technical and selling skills, product knowledge and service demeanor as well as ensure they are fully trained and cross-trained at all levels. You will manage the Bakery program while adhering to federal and state requirements and provide leadership and guidance to ensure that food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety and sanitation guidelines, and customer service expectations are met and maintained. Critical skills are the ability to manage a cost-effective program through appropriate forecasting, planning, ordering and receiving of product and supplies and efficient scheduling of employees to achieve labor goals.
