Development Quality Engineer (Des Plaines, IL): Perform trend analysis of quality data. Review & assist in the implementation of Validation Protocols, Final Validation Reports, Quality System Procedure, Performance Qualifications & Engineering Change Orders. Execute & provide on-time completion of Quality Engineering deliverables. Conduct root cause analysis using problem solving methodologies, conduct process validation / test method validation using appropriate statistical tools. Track & trend Supplier performance w/data from Scorecards, Nonconforming Reports & Audit Findings. Performs periodic audits of Contract Manufacturer's quality systems & raw material suppliers to ensure Abbott & regulatory reqmnts are being maintained.
