What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Coordinates and monitors all energy and utility operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze power plant operations to establish baseline energy benchmarks for optimal energy utilization.
  • Support a unified approach to energy savings to support environmental stewardship initiatives.
  • Monitors building automated system for energy and utility tracking and reporting.
  • Reviews project requests for energy savings opportunities and supports the negotiation of utility agreements or contracts.

What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
  • Preferred Credential(s):
    • Certification specializing in Energy Management.
    • Engineer credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
Education:
  • Diploma
    • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
Work Experience:
  • 3 years of experience preferred.
