What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Manages clinical program activities, workflow and nursing resources.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements and evaluates clinical program services and initiatives.
- Hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff. Assigns tasks, prioritizes and coordinates work.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with experience required
- 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
