What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
play an integral and versatile role within the contact center. This individual will be responsible for onboarding new services to the contact center, evaluating return on investment of potential and existing services, conducting other ad hoc analyses, and serving as a liaison between the contact center and the business owners it serves. The project manager will also assist with integration of ongoing operations, and lead a team of business analysts, serving as a manager and mentor.

Responsibilities:
- Manages the onboarding of new services to the contact center, including creating a work plan, assigning responsibilities, and tracking timeliness of deliverables.
- Manages team of business analysts; manages recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, training, and professional development.
- Leads budgetary analyses, preparing ROI documentation, understanding areas of cost savings, and forecasting financials.
- Uses project management tools (e.g., waterfall charts, gantt charts) to lead, organize, and manage projects.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required. 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Must be flexible to work within the Contact Center's hours of operation: Mon-Fri: 7a-7p and Saturdays 7a-3:30p
