CREATIVE RESOURCE COORDINATOR
 
Order, order! Our buzzing creative department seeks a super-organized, process-focused traffic coordinator to manage
workflow on creative projects. In this key role you will serve as a department liaison with internal agency teams to manage
daily job input, set and track project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with project-management, creative and account teams to set project milestones, create timelines and
track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand.
• Manage internal project submissions, create schedules, and open and close projects.
• Assign projects accurately and time-effectively.
• Maintain staff schedules, and allocate projects accordingly.
• Act as a departmental liaison within the internal agency teams.
• Enter, update, and close projects in project management system.
• Self-manage projects, timelines, and deliverables to reach end goal, proactively seeking input from managers on
prioritization or additional bandwidth.
• Assist in identifying equipment, process, and personnel barriers to achieve goals and targeted results.
• Develop work assignments in conformance with established priorities.
 
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
• College degree or certification in functional work-related discipline (or equivalent applicable work experience)
• Demonstrated process-management skills and background in developing schedules and timelines for multiple projects
• Comfort using specialized software to complete work assignments
• Desire to advance expertise in the tools and applications used in daily work assignments
• Commitment to continuously improving quality and timeliness of work
• Exceptional attention to detail, with superior organizational, time management, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve questions
