Office Manager
Conservation Design Forum, Inc., a multi-disciplinary, environmental planning and landscape architectural firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager. This position will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable, light HR, and general admin support office-wide. The ideal candidate is self-directed but can also work as a team.
General Responsibilities:
- Review and post weekly timesheets
- Enter and pay bills and Employee expense reports
- Invoice clients and manage AR
- Apply payments to invoices and make bank deposits
- Run financial reports as needed for Principals / Bank
- Request Certificates of Insurance as needed
- Answering phones/sorting mail/other misc admin duties
- Ordering office supplies
- Coordinate with outside IT Consultant, Accountant and Insurance Brokers as needed
- Set up new Employees in system; E-Verify
- Enroll employees in benefits programs and other misc HR duties
- Help with professional license renewals
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision software a plus
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Work experience in a consulting office preferred
