What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to

Supervises the daily activities of the patient registration and/or scheduling staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Assesses staffing patterns and schedules to optimize departmental resources and productivity. Orders and maintains appropriate supplies.
  • Develops and implements a quality assurance program. Tracks and reports quality assurance results to leadership and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Actively manages the team on the floor, helping representatives resolve issues and presenting as a visible leader of the team.
  • Analyzes telephone reports for trends in call patterns, utilizing the information to adjust staffing appropriately to meet department goals and service standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need
Education:
  • Diploma
    • High school diploma or GED required
Work Experience:
  • 1 year of experience required.
