What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Supervises Regional HR Operations team and partners with HR Operations Consultants, Ministry HR Partners, and HRIS to support the region's administrative and transactional requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Ministry HR Partners and leaders to understand local HR issues and requirements, and identify regional enhancement opportunities.
- Supervises HR Operations team workloads and service quality for administrative and transactional responsibilities to meet established objectives.
- Provides escalation support for HR Operations Coordinators and Assistants, including research of escalated issues and recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborates with other HR Operations Supervisors and Managers to identify process, policy and system enhancements.
- Ensures compliance of HR operations activities with Human Resources policies, procedures, and related HR programs.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with two years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Work Experience:
- One year of experience required. Four years of experience preferred. Two years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Three years of call center experience strongly preferred
- One year of experience supervising a call center strongly preferred
