This position will have a dual reporting relationship to Talent Acquisition and Clinical Nursing Administration.

What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Plans and directs an organization's employment and recruiting programs, policies, and objectives in order to achieve optimal staffing levels.
You will:
  • Utilizes innovative and creative techniques to ensure a pool of qualified candidates for selection.
  • Monitors number and type of vacancies. Uses information to develop new recruitment strategies and identify retention issues.
  • Develops and administers recruitment strategies that meet organizational needs and is responsible for overall recruiting, hiring and onboarding of employees.
  • Ensures that recruitment procedures and practices are in compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Need

Education:
  • Bachelor's Level Degree
    • *Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, nursing, communication or other related field is required

Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 7+ years leadership experience within talent acquisition or nursing with proven ability to oversee complex programs.
  • Previous experience managing system float pools or temporary labor across multiple locations.
