What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Collaborates on and delivers training, coaching and communications programs to improve the efficiency of HR Operations within the region and partners with Ministry Market HR Partners to improve manager/associate use of HR systems and processes.
You will:
- Analyzes use of HR systems, PeopleSoft, MSC, case tools, and other resources, identifies opportunities for program and service improvements, and makes recommendations to enhance delivery of HR operations.
- Partners with Ministry Market HR Partners to build and deliver programs to enhance the effective use of HR tools. Supports resolution of escalated cases.
- Develops, documents and participates in user training on changes and new program delivery.
- Monitors task assignments to ensure completion on schedule, within intended scope, and at defined level of quality. Identifies project opportunities.
What You Will Need
Education:
- HS or Equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent required College degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business or related field; or equivalent experience highly preferred
Work Experience:
- Three or more years of experience in Human Resources required. Training experience and project management experience highly preferred
- 7+ years HR experience, preferably in an Operations, Systems or Process related role highly preferred
- 3+ years PeopleSoft experience
- 3+ years Consulting experience
Compentencies:
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Excel
- Strong process mapping experience, including Visio or like tool
- Highly collaborative team player who excels at partnering while still thriving with independent assignments
- Proven ability to quickly learn and synthesize new technologies with existing technologies
- Multi-tasking capabilities, often working with competing demands and last minute priorities
