Team Ld-Front Office-AHMG - OBGYN Hinsdale at York Prac - Full-Time,Rotating - 950 N York Road - Hinsdale,IL

General Schedule - subject to change: Mon 10am-6pm, Tue 10am-7:30pm, Wed 9am-5pm, Thurs 8am-5PM, Friday 7:30am-4pm & 1 Saturday a month

Billing and Precert experience is a plus.

What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in support of physician services.
You will:
  • Leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
  • Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.
  • Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures.
  • Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.

What You Will Need

Education:
  • HS or Equivalent
    • High school diploma or equivalent requiredCollege experience in a healthcare related discipline preferred

Work Experience:
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • Billing and Precert experience is a plus.
