What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Coordinates and manages assigned projects.
You will:
  • Develops time lines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects.
  • Creates and implements communication and/or education plans. Prepares reports for leadership regarding the status of projects.
  • Delivers project results within constraints of budget and resources.
  • May lead and direct the work of a project team.

What You Will Need
Education:
  • Bachelor's Level Degree
    • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's Level Degree
    • Masters degree in public health, healthcare administration, science of nursing, social work or health-related field highly preferred
Work Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in care management, care coordination or social service delivery; including 2+ years progressive management responsibility. Experience with funds management and budgeting.
