What You Will Do

As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Locates and notifies responsible parties of delinquent accounts to collect payment.
You will:

• Receives and posts payments to proper accounts.
• Prepares statements and reports for credit department.
• Initiates payment plans or collection procedures against responsible party. May refer accounts to collection agency.
• Maintains record of collections and status of accounts.

What You Will Need
Education:

• HS or Equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Experience:

• Six months of medical office experience preferred. Customer service experience prefered.
