Tonica Grade School - School District Bookkeeper / Secretary

12 month, full-time position. Duties include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, grant funds and district budget reporting. Be a service orientated person with knowledge of accounting practices, the Microsoft platform, Google suite, and willing to provided medications to students including injections.

Preferred Education: Accounting Degree or 2 year associates degree in related field. Previous experience in a related work area desired but not required. Starting pay competitive for the area and position; single major medical provided with option to purchase dependent coverage; dental and vision available for purchase. Sick and personal days included. Vacations days provided after one year in the district.
