Summary Job Statement

Provides operational support for the departmental Managers in Pit Stop Division. Assists in coordinating daily operations, including data tracking and reporting, customer service, driver communication and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pit Stop Division by creating work orders and recording accurate service information for route scheduling and maintenance
• Monitor emails and respond as needed to support daily operational duties
• Communicate safety goals and objectives to drivers on a daily basis
• Review sales contracts and submit quotes based on the operational understanding of the Pit Stop Division
• Assist in resolving safety, service and operational issues
• Assist billing with processing payments and other financial responsibilities as needed
• Work with Company software, such as Trux, to complete operational tasks
• Maintain and distribute company related information on a daily basis
• Report driver issues or concerns to Management for resolution
• Communicate with customers about service issues and scheduling
• Communicate with employees about scheduling, maintenance and service issues on a daily basis

Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to utilize and understand computer applications and techniques
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• 2 years of related industry work experience preferred
