Job Description

Job Summary:

Provides accounting and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with the preparation of assigned monthly account reconciliations and variance documentation.
• Assists with payroll, accounts receivable and/or accounts payable functions.
• Enters data into and generates reports from the department's information systems/programs.
• Retrieves, files, organizes and archives financial records as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

• HS or Equivalent, High school diploma required
• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Work Experience:

• One year of accounting experience required.
• Knowledge and experience of standard accounting procedures.
• Experience with vouchering preferred.
