Job Description

Job Summary:

Directs clinical and quality initiatives in primary care and other specialties as needed for multiple sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the clinics. Plans for new and expanded services.
  • Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
  • Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.

Qualifications


Education:
  • Diploma
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience required
    • Master's degree in Business or Health care preferred

Work Experience:
  • Five years of practice management experience required.
  • Previous experience in quality management and ambulatory physician support highly desired.
  • Credentialed as RN, NP, PA, or PT preferred highly desired
  • Must have flexibility for weekly travel to various outpatient sites.
