What's the role?

Researches, evaluates, designs and develops programs to support HR and Company strategies.  Supports project teams to design and implement new total rewards programs.  Assists in Managing the annual benefits budget for health plans and develops and analyzes metrics to evaluate the outcomes of existing plans and programs and to recommend plan and program changes in order to help control costs.

Bring Your Best! What this role needs:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with coursework in statistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years experience in benefits, HR, accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions when dealing with complex information and concepts.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers required; experience using Excel is a plus.
  • Demonstrated superior interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to impart technical concepts, gain rapport and persuade when dealing with all levels of employees.
  • Demonstrated strong written/oral communication skills in a business or technical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to independently set priorities, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
