FMA is seeking an enthusiastic person interested in providing excellent Customer Support to join our team.

Duties: Point of contact to ensure members have a positive experience every time by providing assistance, information & resources necessary to utilize their member benefits & advising customers about events, studies or other offerings. This person will also renew annual memberships, develop call lists & make telemarketing calls for membership.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent & two or more years of customer service work experience. Professional & positive demeanor. Great interpersonal, telephone & business writing skills. Familiar with computer database software & Microsoft Office. Strong organization & multi-tasking skills.
