Job Description

Job Summary:

Performs receptionist functions for assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

• Receives, screens, routes and responds to incoming telephone calls.
• Takes accurate messages and ensures timely delivery.
• Greets guests and provides appropriate assistance and information.
• Performs additional clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• HS or Equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Experience:

• Previous experience working in the healthcare setting preferred.
• Previous secretarial work experience preferred.
• Customer service, communication, and clerical skills to include computer use ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to shift between multiple units.
• Evenings, weekends, variable shifts as needed.
