Job Description

Job Summary:

Organizes and coordinates performance improvement program activities and workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Directs project teams in developing care paths that reduce clinical and operational variation
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to prepare and conduct process improvement initiatives
• Will develop and prepare materials for use during events, coordinate with department management and participants, and lead instruction on the use of process improvement tools
• Will facilitate team decisions, manage team work, and follow up
• Researches, develops/acquires and implements improvement systems, methodologies and tools to improve operations
• Collaborates with Leaders to develop and revise screening indicators
• Develops and oversees data analysis, using statistical techniques, to support quality improvement efforts and quality reporting

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Level Degree
  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, or related field required

Work Experience:

• Project management experience required.
• Proven successful leadership/management experience highly desired.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Three years of experience in progessive business operations or consulting preferred.
• Two years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• Clinical experience highly desired
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills highly preferred.
