Metalmaster Roofmaster is a large commercial sheet metal and roofing contractor located in McHenry, that is seeking a candidate for an immediate, full time position of Commercial Roofing and Sheet Metal Estimator / Salesperson.

Candidates must have a great attitude and strong dedication to sales, with a minimum of (5) years of experience in the roofing industry, and knowledge of all types of roofing systems, including, new construction roofing, re-roofing, green roofing, architectural sheet metal, standing seam metal roofing, custom sheet metal fabrication, metal wall panels and service and maintenance.

Responsibilities & Qualifications: Duties include estimating, negotiating, selling work, pursuing new customers and maintaining current clientele. Candidates must have the ability to read blueprints, knowledge of the pre-bid preparation, take-offs, obtaining sub-contractor quotes, and possess excellent organizational, and verbal & written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft programs, estimating software, and CAD is required. Must be a highly motivated salesperson with the proven ability and talent in order to achieve aggressive sales goals.

Candidates will work with clients including, Design Build, General Contractors, Architects, Building Owners, Engineering Firms, Construction Managers, Management Companies, Roof Consultants and Developers.

Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with OT and Saturdays as needed.
