Operations Coordinator

The Book Vine for Children is a distributor of quality children’s books in McHenry, Illinois.
 
We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator who will be the liaison with clients and will provide excellent customer service while building customer relationships.


Responsibilities include:

  • Directs, coordinates and completes fulfillment projects
  • Assigns and schedules warehouse employees on a day to day basis, following up on work results
  • Enhances warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements. Develops, implements, enforces, and evaluates policies and procedures, along with inventory management and shipping.
  • Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews, in order to achieve operational objectives
  • Plans and schedules timelines
  • Communicates project progress, problems and solutions
  • Reviews orders and invoices on a daily basis
