We currently have an opportunity for a Distribution Coordinator to work in our Bensenville Distribution Center handling order fulfillment, including receiving, replenishment, shipping, inventory cycle counting, sanitation and maintenance.

Responsibilities Include:

- Pick customer orders according to product code, lot number, and quantity requested and move completed orders to packing lines; report on discrepancies and/or damages.
- Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities and document completion.
- Pack customer orders according to products requested on order form and in such a manner as to protect the product from loss or damage.
- Process parcel shipments; scan and palletize cases, weigh and stretch-wrap wholesale truck orders; create packing slips and BOLs for the truck orders and stage for shipping.
- Loading and unloading as assigned.
- Perform inventory cycle counts as required by Inventory Control.
- Operate fork lift and other material handling equipment to move materials while complying with all safety and operating rules.
- Learn all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and compliancy with all regulations regarding the handling, storage, and shipping of Dangerous Drugs.
- Clean, maintain and ensure proper housekeeping in the facility to meet and exceed GMP requirements.

Requires:

- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-2 years experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment or related work environment
- Ability to use walkie-riders, cherry pickers, deep reaches, and sit-down forklifts. (Forklift experience/certifications a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions & procedures
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; the Company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization
