Metalmaster Roofmaster is a large commercial sheet metal and roofing contractor located in McHenry, Illinois that is seeking a candidate, within a 25-mile radius, for an immediate, full time position of Submittal Technician.

Responsibilities: Read & sort blueprints and specifications; Complete submittals; Knowledge of construction details and LEED information.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience, or an Associates in Applied Science Degree; Proficient in AutoCAD 2017 or higher; Ability to organize multiple projects simultaneously; Communication skills, verbal and written; Critical thinking and problem solving ability; Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as advanced computer skills; Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously; Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines; Possess good judgment and attention to detail; Energetic and positive attitude.

Hours (Full-time): Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Compensation: Salary depends on qualifications and previous compensation history will be considered.
