MAINTENANCE I for Apartment Community
- Responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times
- Must be able to work independently
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks in a timely manner
- Ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
- Walk the property interior and exterior on a frequent basis
- Keep the grounds neat and free of litter. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant
- Responsible for dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the common areas and vacant apartments
