Accounting Specialist/Analyst -Batavia, IL -Post/verify transactions; perform AP, AR, IC & financial reconciliation. Track funds owed to biz partners; remit payments. Monitor cash flow & apply receipts to open receivables; keep track of aged receivables & report to collections as needed. Reconcile bank stmts & generate financial reports; analyze profits, equity & cash flow; report findings.Monitor inventory on hand & account for discrepancies accordingly. Review expenditures & revenues; make suggestions relative to budget/forecasting. Assist in monthly closings; invoice sales orders & POs.
