Allendale Association, a Child Welfare, Mental Health and Special Education facility, currently has a full time Director of Health Services available at our Lake Villa, IL location.

Candidates will be responsible for managing the Health Services professional staff and the Health Services Program for the Agency including the coordination of medical treatment for residents, and students; and pharmaceutical services. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies, and in accordance with Allendale guidelines. Candidates must have an Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Illinois and Wisconsin state RN licensure, CPR and Red Cross certification in first aid, and knowledge of Joint Commission standards, OSHA BBP rules, Illinois and Wisconsin Nursing Practice Acts, and Illinois and Wisconsin Code related to schools and health care. Per DCFS regulations, must have valid driver's license with a good driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
