The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will work with recruiting/hiring managers to fully understand their needs and generate candidate leads utilizing passive resources and effectively screening candidates.

Essential Functions



CREDIBLE RESEARCHER AND PARTNER
  • Hunt for the best candidates and recommend the most qualified ones to our Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager - we don't want to settle for anything less than the best!
  • Use networking skills to persuade passive candidates into exploring new opportunities
  • Engage social media savvy to promote PCMG to passive and active candidates
  • Scour all resources available to gather candidate's information to fill current and future openings
  • Gather data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact our ability to find and hire the right talent
  • Demonstrate skills in recruiting research methods which will primarily focus on name generation. Will also include heaving cold calling passive candidates

TALENT SCOUT
  • Works with Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to identify internal talent and inclusively seeks diverse external talent through formal and informal networks
  • Connector of talent across geographies and business lines
  • Familiarizes the recruiting team with opportunities and mediums to find talent, keeping cost and quality in mind at all times
  • Builds strong relationships with candidates to develop a strong virtual bench and create a world class candidate experience
  • Partners closely with Universities and Veteran communities

BRAND AMBASSADOR
  • Represents PCMG externally as a cultural steward with the utmost integrity and strong focus on quality relationships.
  • Creates a strong brand identity through the use of PCMG's social media platform


Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess 2 or more years of experience as a sourcer or talent researcher from an executive search firm or talent agency
  • Ability to deliver quality results within the expected time frame
  • Maintains integrity of recruiting process
  • Drive for results
  • Balance of emotional, intellectual and business acumen
  • Desire to learn the art of recruiting and be coached along the way
  • Adaptable to a variety of situations/cool under pressure
  • Strong skills in relationship management
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Energy and drive to present a compelling story to a passive candidate
  • Forms relationships quickly; is naturally inquisitive
  • Proven Research and Marketing Skills
  • Solid expertise in a variety of research methods specific to recruiting. Must be able to cold call and compile qualifications based on position profile.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
