Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer (Waukegan, IL). 9am-6pm (40 hrs). Design/develop high performance cutting tools. Develop mfg prints using CAD. New product development & testing using Tool Wear & Failure Analysis. Build tool sets w/ Numroto software on SAACKE CNC grinders. Develop test protocols for tool path optimization using Mastercam. Req: MS (or foreign equiv) in Mech. Engg, Manufacturing Engg. or rltd w/ 2 yrs exp. in job offered, Manufacturing Applications Engineer and/or rltd.
