Position Overview
NorthShore is currently seeking a Patient Access Representative for their Practice Support Center in Skokie. This job entails working in a call center environment therefore, the employee will not have face-to-face patient contact. This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible.
Schedule
Hours will be scheduled in 8-hour stable shifts covering Monday through Friday between 7:30am - 11:30pm and some Saturdays between 7:30am - 7:00pm.
Location
The Practice Support Center is located at 4901 Searle Parkway in Skokie, IL.

- Register and verify insurance
- Provide other administrative support
Qualifications
NorthShore's ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- One year of related experience previous customer service, administrative and/or medical office experience preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute required
