Customer Service Broker/Distributor/Manufacturer of food ingredients based in Aurora, IL is seeking a reliable person to fill a full time customer service/regulatory support position. Person should be outgoing, have good communication skills, excellent memory, have an attention to detail and be computer savvy. Duties would include: Phones, email (outlook), order processing, product documentation, customer/supplier interaction, filing, general office duties, etc... Skills/Qualifications: Customer service background with a need for verbal, written, computer and telephone skills, able to work independently as well as with others, food regulatory documentation background (i.e.: BRC, SQF, AIB, FDA, USDA, FSMA) would be a plus.
