We are searching for a new manager with a relentless pursuit of improvement; experienced in fabricating metal, wood and plastics. Employee education managing production resources and production scheduling ERP administration and management LEAN principles safety.   

Responsibilities Include:

• Direct manufacturing resources to ensure the production of high quality, cost effective products.
• Assure both on-time delivery and a safe working environment.
• Analyzing market conditions, set goals and implement operational strategy.
• Research and purchase manufacturing technologies.
• Oversee maintenance.
• Oversee safety initiatives and worker’s compensation.
• Create and implement, procedure and policy aid in the hiring and training of new employees.     
• Maintain ERP databases.         
• Analyze post-production jobcosts.  

Required Talents: 

• Microsoft Office
• Great cooperation and communication negotiation skills.
• Able to understand financial statements and job costs. 
• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering. 
• JOBBOSS ERP
• Scheduling estimating our current initiatives.  
• Review, revise and implement new procedures companywide; inclusive to ERP system modules.
• Employee Development
• Acquiring new manufacturing equipment.
