CWTSato Travel, a global leader in travel management is seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a desire to build relationships and focus on goals with a disciplined approach, for our Great Lakes, IL Naval Station onsite location.

Job Description

Monitor expenses and control costs, ensuring a profitable operation.  Identify the root cause of any issues that arise and provide effective and timely communication of the resolution.  Ensure company procedures, guidelines and standards are followed in all job functions. Follow-up on any client feedback/customer service issues to resolve service problems. Ensure all staff members are fully trained on CWT standards, new enhancements and products.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 yrs in travel management, proficiency in Sabre required, excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills, strong leadership abilities, Military and Government travel experience is a plus.
