General Utility Worker - Part Time

The Village of Burr Ridge Department of Public Works is accepting applications for Part-time General Utility Worker 1.
Responsibilities include maintaining public buildings, utility systems, and roadways, plowing and shoveling snow, landscaping, operating power tools and construction equipment, and general assistance in the Department. Applicants must possess an Illinois driver's license with safe driving record and high school diploma or equivalent. Possessing a CDL A or B is a plus. Part-time position starts at $14.34 per hour and does not include benefits, but employees are given preference when filling a full-time vacancy. Candidates must pass a physical exam, drug screening and background check, and provide a driving abstract.
