Job Description:
- Responsible for direct coverage of key and target accounts in a specified territory to promote the Micronics product lines for dry filtration (CPE/UPC/SFM product lines and services for dust control equipment).
- Contact existing customers, dormant accounts, and new prospects on a daily basis and follow up with requested literature and proposals to close sales.
- Upsell existing accounts to other product lines we offer to develop new business.
- Research account information and update SalesForce with contact information, equipment in service and other pertinent information. Set appropriate follow up.
- Coordinate required response to customer inquiries with additional sales resources within CPE/UPC if required.
- Continually work to upgrade knowledge of our products, industries served and dust collector applications and troubleshooting.
- Introduce our Engineering Service capabilities and equipment line.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative jobs as requested.
Compensation:
Base Salary + quarterly bonus
Success is determined by meeting targeted sales goals for incoming order volume and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel spread sheets.
- Proficiency in SalesForce database and Quick Books.
Qualification and/or skills required:
- Two (2) or more years of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record. Previous experience calling on industrial accounts and/or targeted industries a plus.
- Highly organized
- Ability to compose professional correspondence in handwritten, email, report or other forms.
- Ability to analyze, research and communicate data concisely and accurately.
- Ability to positively interface with sales team and customers.
- Must be self-driven with the ability to work independently or with a team
