An ideal candidate will be organized, have at least 2 years of HR experience, and have solid written and verbal communication skills. This person will be the main point of contact for all employees when it comes to pay, leaves of absence, safety and other employee-related inquiries. A creative mind and strong database management skills is a huge plus. This position is great for an HR professional who seeks work/life flexibility.
