Data Processing Specialist
As seen in Shaw MediaFMA is looking for a full-time Data Processing Specialist in our Circulation Department. FMA is currently located in Rockford IL, but the office is moving to Elgin IL in December, 2016.
Duties: Process and format all subscription order files. Includes importing records to the relational database, electronically updating demographics and contact fields, checking error and output reports, & preparing records for manual data entry. Extract & prepare list rental database files, eNewsletter files, ancillary eBlast files, & webinars. Process regular database maintenance files.
This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent & a minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience.
We also require Advanced Excel & Access knowledge & practical experience, Prior database experience, Excellent data entry skills. Detail oriented & organized.
We prefer Microsoft Office Specialist certificate
