Essential Functions: 

• Manages janitorial services activities. 
• Provides on-site janitorial training. 
• Inspects work performed to ensure that it meets specification and established standards. 
• Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. 
• Investigates complaints about service and equipment and takes corrective action. 
• Instruct staff in work policies and procedures, and the use and maintenance of equipment. 
• Issue supplies and equipment to team. 
• Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts. 
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers and dismissals. 
• Establish and implement operational standards and procedures for the departments they supervise.

Requirements: Valid State Drivers License Good driving record 2-4 years of experience in janitorial/service industry Good written and oral communication skills Proficient in the use of computer programs and smartphones
