SERVICE TECHNICIAN

SERVICE TECHNICIAN Works independently with ARBURG injection molding machines and robotics: installation, diagnosis and repair, customer training. Travels extensively to customer repair sites in North America. Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems via telephone hotline. Requires: Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent (Foreign Degree ok); two years experience with molding machines; ability to read electronic drawings and blueprints; excellent communication skills; and specialized training in ARBURG products. If applicant experience is in different product line, must be willing to relocate to Germany for 3 months of training, and Connecticut for average of 1 year of training.
