Job Summary: The Machine Operator will operate blow-mold machines, grinders, secondary fixtures and conveyor systems. Following job instructions are a must as well as practicing safety procedures and guidelines as outlined by the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
• Operate machinery to ensure production of products that meet customer specifications as outlined by management and customer procedures/standards.
• Prepare documentation as necessary or required for each production run including scrap, cycle counts and various other statistics that may be necessary.
• Assist in training new employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED is helpful but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here are essential functions to perform this position successfully. The employee will be required to stand on feet for long periods of time; walk; use of limbs to handle parts or assist in machine repair The employee frequently is required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
