Part Time (mornings, evenings, Saturday) positions available.   PURPOSE OF POSITION: The purpose of the Business Development Representative is to assist in the development of new business for the dealership and act as the first point of contact for customers.  Developing new business for the dealership includes maintaining an ongoing relationship/communication with our customers, handle in/outbound phone calls, and setting appointments.   Responsibilities: Appointment setting for the service department Outbound calls–follow up calls with customers and those who express interest Email/Chat messages with customers Act as a part of the Cadillac brand Consistent use of scripts A desire for a long term career with a growing organization Log customer information Requirements: Strong communication skills Ability to work within a team environment Polished and professional appearance Previous call center experience is a plus   To Apply:  Send resumes to klucas@napervillecadillac.com.
