Job Duties:

Daily cash collection correspondences with clients, monitor company cash flow, preparation of construction waivers of lien, obtain necessary subcontractor and vendor waivers of lien, investigating and resolving cash receipt discrepancies, prepare timely and accurate monthly pay requests/invoices, identify and communicate unbilled/late billed cost, job cost account reconciliation, comply with month end close schedule and any other projects as directed by the controller.

Skills:

Organization, Accounting, Data Entry, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Verbal Communication and Strong People Skills. Sage 300 Construction knowledge a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office skills a must.
