We are a fast growing commercial construction company that takes pride in everything we do. We are looking for reliable commercial subcontract carpenters that meet our requirements and  who can take charge, and work well unsupervised.

Compensation based on job experience but average hourly income of $24-$30 per hour.

Subcontractor Qualifications/ Skills:

• Hard working, and punctual
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Must be able to work long hours & weekends if needed
• Create quantity takeoffs of all material
• Coordinate with project contractor, vendors, and all in-house carpenters to clarify project requirements
• Support the project manager & field supervisor during the construction phase.
• Must have experience reading & working with space plans
• Knowledgeable in Word, excel, and outlook
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must have Truck, Tools, and valid Drivers license
• Experience in commercial ceiling grid, metal framing, door installation, painting & taping.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all OHSA safety policies and procedures
