This role will have a $250.00 signing bonus, payable after 90 days with no performance/attendance issues

• A1 - Sunday - Wednesday (6:00 am - 4:30 pm)
• A2 - Wednesday - Saturday (6:00 am - 4:30 pm)

Swap.com is searching for Warehouse Associates for their Bolingbrook IL Fulfillment Center. The largest online consignment store is growing, and needs candidates with solid experience in warehousing, picking/packing, have a strong attention to detail, and is looking for an environment that allows personal and career growth as the company grows! We need responsible, team focused and enthusiastic Warehouse Associates for our Merch, Photo, Category and Packing teams, along with Order Pickers and Packing and Shipping associates also. 

The Daily Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate can include

• Inspecting and sorting of Swap.com Sellers Merchandise
• Presentation and photography of merchandise for Swap.com
• Categorization of merchandise for Swap.com
• Packing of merchandise for storage in warehouse
• Filling Swap.com's buyers orders
• Packing and shipping of customers orders

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Associate will have

• Punctuality: Is on time for their shifts and when returning from breaks
• A Sense of Urgency: Can identify priority duties and complete them efficiently
• A Sense of Responsibility: Knows that they play a part in the success in Swap.com's future and completes their tasks correctly
• Pays attention to the details and can focus on the tasks at hand
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to stand/walk for 10 hour shift
• Able to lift 25 lb
